Instructions

Washing Instructions:
Wipe the cap with a damp towel. Do not submerge it in water. If it gets wet, let it air dry.

Heating Instructions:
Remove the cap from any plastic bags and ensure it’s at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds to start, then add 10-second increments until you reach your desired temperature. Keep in mind that microwave times may vary.

Warning:
Before using, carefully check the inner lining of the sleeve for ice crystals or tears. Do not use if you see any ice crystals or visible gel.

Caution:
Only use as directed. Always freeze the cap in a freezer bag. Apply to dry skin only. Do not microwave for longer than the times mentioned above. Make sure the product is cool enough to touch before applying. Avoid using on infected areas or open wounds without consulting a doctor. Do not put in the dryer or washing machine, and do not submerge in water. Do not use if wet. Do not ingest.
